Emirates is not part of any alliance from what I know. But they do have individual partnerships. So for instance, you can get Emirates mileage to Korean Air since they have mileage partnership. But you need to watch out on which class you fly (even within economy, there are tons of classification). The best thing is to ask the airline.

You can also get CO miles.

No, EK does not have joined any alliance for this time. Perhaps, EK should be considering to decide will joined which alliance wll be taken. EK will decide to choose either Skyteam or Star alliance.

EK is not part of any alliance at the moment. It's CEO mentioned that they are not interested in any alliance in the near future.
