Sky Team Lounge Access (or some kind of lounge access) in these 3 cities?

I'm a Sky Team Elite Plus guy.

I have long layovers in the following cities and am flying a ST carrier either into or out of the cities:

SIN

CAN

URC

Any help is greatly appreciated!

SIN has an AF lounge. CAN is the hub for CZ so I'd imagine they have a lounge or two. I have no idea about URC.

So is URC (Used to be the base city of Sinkiang Airlines or some such, which was merged into CZ a few years ago).

The AF lounge in SIN is shared (I'm not sure who operates it). You need an invitation to use it. I've only flown on ST in J through SIN (SIN to CDG on AF), so I am not sure whether E+ can get you in if you're in Y.

I'm flying out of SIN on CZ in First/Busines (whatever their premium product is) so I'm thinking that should generate in an invitation of some sort. I hope so anyway.

The other lounge mentioned above seems like a sure thing as well. I should be fine.
