which airlines have full flat bed in business class

None fleet-wide in SkyTeam, I don't think.
AF has flat at an angle.
DL has a couple planes for their longest long-hauls with them, but most are cradle.
CO is cradle (though the 777s are pretty close to flat ~170 degrees)
NW/KL is cradle
KE is flat at an angle
CM is domestic F
AM is cradle

AF and KE have true flat in F, but F seats can't be booked as rewards by any partners.

NW and KL are also WedgieBeds, not cradle.
