Status Challenge OR FF...?

Once u have achieved PE on a specific ST airline; is it advisable to continue accumulating points OR preferable to tally the points onto another FF card?

Or do a challenge and get equivalent standing on "other" FF card?

depends on your personal situation and your flying pattern, I don't think there is a general answer to this question.

ok, i will "study" it some more'; most flights are on NWA, DL, and AC.

..but have about 150K in AF, 130K in RAM, and 160K in AC if that helps..??!!

Why not get the comp status if you can? Free status always beats no status.

NWA/DL are difficult, since they don't give reciprocal upgrades. NW/CO would work better. If you have a lot of international travel, you should consider FB, since it gives you international (and NW domestic for that matter) lounge access with as little as 40k EQM per year. You also get upgrades with NW domestic. The AF miles can maybe go to NW, but only until the end of this year (and conditions apply). Not sure many airlines will offer you a comp.

to the best of my knowledge, there is no more transfer of miles after 12/31. You can transfer status, but not the miles.
