Elite Upgrade Automation. It is the process used to give CO/NW fliers their free upgrades. In my case, as a CO PLT I got the freebie on the Copa flights. DL is not eligible, but I was just pointing out that my status reflected correctly in their system.

OK, so any news on MEA taking up the associate status? I was looking at my FB account today, crossed to Silver at last.. but if MEA flights had been qualifying (which other associates are) would be cruising towards Platinum by now.. frustrating !
