I never got one, but I also wasn't nearly as concerned about it as you seem to be. I called once, they gave me the seats, my EUA went through and the seats were still assigned correctly when I got to the airport. YMMV, but I wouldn't sweat it.

Ok, I won't, but what is EUA?

Elite Upgrade Automation. It is the process used to give CO/NW fliers their free upgrades. In my case, as a CO PLT I got the freebie on the Copa flights. DL is not eligible, but I was just pointing out that my status reflected correctly in their system.

OK, so any news on MEA taking up the associate status? I was looking at my FB account today, crossed to Silver at last.. but if MEA flights had been qualifying (which other associates are) would be cruising towards Platinum by now.. frustrating !
