Which FF programme is best for me?

I have only be loyal to Staralliance and Oneworld so far, but as Skyteam will grow I want to start collecting miles on one skyteam member...
i will start flying some short international KLM flights next month, i guess for this AF F+would be the best as they earn 1000 miles minimum there, right?
whats important for me?:
-no expiration (okay, I can deal with having to fly once every 3 years, like with BA EC)
-full miles on cheap eco fares (a big advantage over the european based programmes of Star and OW member airlines, but for how long?? so maybe a US programme would be better, since I dont think they can ever introduce lower bonus miles for cheap fares...), full status would be fine, too - i guess thats a problem with CO, even though I would prefer them, cause i can cash out miles for train tickets in the US, which is a big advantage to me...
-lots of promos ;-)
- maybe status match if I make star silver this year..???

I think AZ gives its members a minimum 1200 miles per int'l Skyteam segment. If you expect to fly OK often, get an OK+ card as status with them means upgrades on OK operated flights (but OTOH they only give 10% of miles on cheap AZ codes).
