Caring more about you ... AF

Today I returned from a trip in business class to Milan. Although KLM for this itinerary was cheaper I selected AF out of loyalty to Skyteam. This morning I checked in at the AF counter of Milan Malpensa (MXP) Airport. In the lounge I discovered that my seat was 6A on the CDG-AMS-leg and I asked for a seat more upfront. At that time I'm
informed that this will not be possible since the flight is overbooked with 26 passengers (13:00 hours) and I saw this with my own eyes as well!!!!. After my arrival in CDG my name is called in the lounge (my ticket was lying there since I was using the showers - AF policy) I get a stamp on the boarding pass with DECLASSEMENT INVOL which basically
means (so I discovered after continuing to ask) I'm back in coach. The flight is delayed due to a change in equipment. The entire flight is now TEMPO!!!!! I was told that I would get the money back in Amsterdam. Before the flight the pilot told us that the plane we were on was bound to go to Munich but was changed because of the overbooking with - again the same number - 26 passengers.

After we arrived at Schiphol the ticket office was closed and basically the only thing I heard was 'write Air France', 'there is nothing I can do!'. Sometimes I get the feeling this staff is trained to give useless answers. So no money back yet. Disappointed in the treatment and with a firm delay I go to my bags. They should arrive at bagage claim 11. After a couple of minutes the AF flight disappears from the screen. Nobody can
give answers and AF-staff is nowhere to be found. 40 minutes after landing I decide to claim my lugage missing. During my report the other 100 or so passengers come over as well. I heard that they were informed that NO LUGAGE had arrived (AF managed to lose my lugage now three times in little more over a month)! Even with the one and a half hour of
'change of equipment' it was too difficult to place the lugage in the flight! NOBODY GOT THEIR LUGAGE BACK! At least 5 times I have asked the staff of Dutchport to call AF and have somebody sent over (to offer coffee or other amenities to the passengers, who cannot help they were on a overbooked flight). The just refused to do so! I lost all together three hours basically because Air France decides to overbook their flights!
