SAS joining Skyteams

Once SAS has joined skyteams, does that mean I would be able to use my Flying Blueb miles to book domestic tickets within Norway?

Hey SkyTeam vets,

SK EB users woke up to a real cold shower this morning:

There will be double point cost for redemptions on Air Europa, China Airlines and Vietnam Airlines. Is there anything similar in your programs?

https://www.sas.no/eurobonus/poeng/b...erbonusreiser/ <- you can tune to your own preferred language.

SK uses a zone based, fixed point price point as per the table. So Nordics to Vietnam would be 187500 points for a return trip. Except with VN, it will then be 375000... This double price logic applies to Air Europa, Vietnam Airlines and China Airlines.

Note: Due to technical reasons, EuroBonus members will not initially be able to enjoy all Elite or Elite Plus benefits on the following airlines: Middle East Airlines, Aeromexico and Aerolineas Argentinas. We are working hard to enable it as fast we can and will notify you as soon as it is available.

Also this. Not something that would happen with *A or oneworld.

Garuda Indonesia and ITA don't even get a mention. AZ I can understand but is GA leaving SkyTeam?

Yes, sir. Sure is! Czech is in Skyteam, but they are leaving from Skyteam. They will cease operations in October.

The company itself will no longer operate any flights so they are closing their FFP and leaving SkyTeam at the end of the summer schedule. The Czech Airlines brand will supposledy continue to be used for some flights by Smartwings.
