Alfursan refusing to credit skyteam flights
 

Does anyone know how to obtain credit on Alfuran for Skyteam flights taken on KQ?

The Alfursan contacts on whatsapp and call center say the 'Skyteam credit is not active at the moment' and refusing to provide any support for this.

The Alfursan email address I normally used in the past is no longer active and they insist on using whatsapp bot which is (of course) hopeless as is the Alfursan call center which simply directs you to use whatsapp. Retroclaims link on website not functioning either

Any assistance here would be appreciated.
