Coming to Skyteam

I’m working for an international consulting firm now, and we operate in some very remote places internationally. Almost all of my flights are going to be international travel. As a result premium tickets are bought, and the quickest way there with no regard for any loyalty to any one program. I have been with Alaska Airlines for over 10 years flying mostly domestically. But now we’re just booking the most accessible flights. I have zero idea about any other program.

What’s the best Skyteam program to credit Skyteam miles to when you’re not worried about US domestic travel?

What is your criteria for best?
What are your ffp objectives?
Some airlines have out of alliance ff partners---->https://www.wheretocredit.com/

If what you are trying to achieve is to have a default program in Skyteam, Oneworld and Star Alliance to which to credit your respective alliance flights to, I suspect the easiest for you would be to credit Skyteam flights to Delta. The mileage requirements are not great, but at least the miles don't expire, and you also have the benefit of crediting any LATAM flights you take to them (given that they have left Oneworld and haven't joined any other alliance), as well as any Virgin Atlantic flights until they join Skyteam next year.
