Just to be sure: SEA-YVR as Elite+ In J gives lounge access?

Just to be sure: SEA-YVR as Elite+ In J gives lounge access?

I know that some airlines/alliances limit access when people are flying on “domestic” services in the US - when in fact they apply that rule to all flights throughout North America (US, Canada, Mexico) and the Caribbean.

I also know that the SkyTeam page says that lounge access is given for all international flights, and it only include Caribbean in the North America zone, but I just wanted to make sure that a flight from Seattle to Vancouver is really considered International enough to give lounge access

Yes for lounge access. US-Canada is considered international for DL.
