DL Technical Issue Stopping Flights 12/29/18

I just heard from my JFK-SFO flight crew that there’s a technical issue preventing all Delta flights from taking off this AM. Anyone else experiencing this? 2 systems went down and only one has a back up system. Delta dispatch in Atlanta can only handle 5 planes at a time with the current issues. Happy flying!
