SAUDIA big probelm
 

Dear SKY TEAM
Kindly i need to make an official complain against one of you members which is SAUDIA ( Saudi Airlines).
I traveled with your partner on a direct flight from Riyadh to Cairo ( SV3323) on first of July and we faced a lot of problems :
1 - the flight was delayed from 11:20 a.m to 1:30 p.m but we received SMS
2 - the flight was delayed again while we are in front of the gate and was departed at 5 p.m WITHOUT any explanation or any notifications and there was NO employee from SAUDIA was there to give us any notifications.
Notice that the authorities of Riyadh airport made an official press release said that SAUDIA made additional flights without co-operation with them which made a lot of big problems.
3 - the biggest and worst problem we lost our bags and also there was no explanation or any promises from SAUDIA and till now i don't know how can i handle my vacation without any of my family staff and don't know if they will come back on not!!
My bags was ( SV xxxxxx ) & ( SV xxxxxx)
So, KINDLY I NEED HELP TO GET BACK MY BAGS

Any complaint you have needs to be directed to the airline. Did you report the bags lost? Have you got a reference for the lost bags?
