SYD Skyteam lounge now open
 

After some delays, looks like the new SkyTeam lounge is now open in Syd, for eligible SkyTeam passengers as well as paying guests (for a large fee).

It's adjacent the new American Express lounge, giving lots of new lounge options at the airport.

As the response said down below. Its probably a good thing for us flyers that its 77 dollars. which remember is 77aud is now like 60usd? And has decent facilities.

Also do we want the lounge to be crammed full? They have 6 airlines flying into Sydney and a couple of them are 2-3 times per day. (MU I think might be 3 times per day?).
12 departures from Sydney per day for sky team airlines.

9 of those departures are between 9am-2pm so the lounge should be nearly full during the late morning. Afternoon and Evening is where they could use extra customers with only 3 flights leaving.

The lounge is officially opened. There are 80 flights in/out of Sydney a week.
Has anyone visited it? Do they have a good food spread compared to AMEX lounge?
