AF from BUD to JFK via CDG
 

I am planning to fly from Budapest to NYC via Paris in a September. I have a few questions, if someone can help I would very much appreciate it.

Do my bags get checked through or do I have to pick them up in Paris and recheck them?

Do I go through the extra security for a flight landing in NY, in Budapest or in Paris?

How much time do I need to make the connection in CDG?

Bags : yes, checked through
Extra security : yes at CDG boarding to JFK : random manual extra screening at the gate.
Minimum connection time in CDG : 1hr is sufficient now for 2F to 2E and vice-versa. If you want to play it safe and more comfortable, schedule 90 min to 2 hrs.
