Flying Blue account problems?
Hi
Is anyone else having trouble logging into Flying Blue account and viewing their miles balance/transaction history?
I just tried (in web browser and Flying Blue app) and its saying 0 for everything.. Award miles, level miles etc..? Also cannot find any transaction history for flights in last 2-3 years?!
My last Flying Blue activity was last Nov 12 on air Italy and before that Oct 12 on Air France, so there's no way my account would've expired after 3 years inactivity.

The AF/KLM websites as well as their apps are down. Try Flyingblue.com .

Ok thanks. Checked again its all working now. Thought they'd stitched me up there.
