AF or KLM Business Class
 

Dear Friends,

I an couple of weeks, I will need to fly from Sao Paulo (GRU) to FRA using either KLM or AF as I am a DL Platinum. I would like to hear your opinion regarding your preference and service on both AF on KLM in Business. I have flown KLM several times in Business and find their service to be average at best lately.
Has anybody taken either the AF or KLM flight out of GRU lately?

Yes. This one has been beaten to death. Short answer is that the seats are a little better on air France but service is better on klm.

Look at e aircraft type and seating configuration. I try to avoid the 2-3-2 business class cabins.
