3 hour delay with China Southern * compensation ?
Hi,
I experienced a three hours delay last week in china between GuangZhou and Wuhan with very late arrival at hotel ( 4H30 am ), can I claim for compensation with China Southern ?
If yes to which email adress i have to request ?

If this flight was part of a ticket starting or ending in Europe, you might be able to claim money under EU regulations. However in general note that all claims also depend on the reason for the delay.
