Sorry to bump this thread, but I would like to obtain some updated information. It seems to me that Flying Blue is still the best program to get STE, right (only 30 segments needed)? If you fly Delta, 30 segments only gives you Silver status, not to mention the spending requirement. If I can fly 30 segments in a year, is there any program easier than Flying Blue to obtain STE? Thanks!

Is it allowed to have a status on both Skymiles and FB, and credit the exact same flights on both FFPs all the time?
