CSA website Booking issues
 

Hi,

I'm trying to book a CSA flight directly on CSA.cz. Every time when I try to submit however, after filling out all the forms and payment info, it returns with:

Operation was not successful. Try again later.

When I tried to book csa a few months back the same thing happened as well, back then I just decided to book through an alternative TA and that did work. But right now csa.cz is the cheapest for that flight...albeit that it seems not bookable :P

Is this a common message? I'm not sure what to do. I thought about booking it through their help center (phone), but then they will most likely add some extra booking fee which would make the fare expensive..

Any tips?

Update: I was able to resolve the issue by clearing my browser cache and cookies :-) This is still a weird problem though, since I have seen the same problem on two different computers.

Book on, e.g., expedia :)

Expedia is about 100 euro more expensive for the same Itinerary...so getting csa.cz to work is preferred :-) It worked now though, altho I am still baffled by all the errors surrounding the official CSA website.

Interesting. I usually find expedia.fr to be €5-10 cheaper than OK.com

I usually try a set of booking sites, this time csa.cz was cheapest. I noticed that for expedia they actually have different pricing per sub-site....nl is €500, co.uk is €320 and .fr is €285. While csa.cz is €230 for the exact same flights/dates :-)
