Ticket Release by Partner Airlines
 

I am a member of Aeroflot Bonus. Called them to book a ticket for KLM or AirFrance for this summer, but they said that those airlines still have not released award tickets for July. Does that sound right? Is anyone aware of delayed releases for partner airlines? Thank you very much.

There is no guarantee that reward seats will be available on a particular date/flight at any point. It is possible that KL will release more seats but the status is always changing. It may be that the seats are never released or that they were previously released and then claimed by others. All you are seeing right now is the lack of seats available at that time.
