How to get proof of Sixt status?

I currently have Sixt Platinum status that I gained from one of my credit cards. I want to transfer this status to other car rental companies and they are asking for proof of this status.

How can I get this information? I do not have a physical Sixt Platinum card and my online profile doesn't show the information the other car rental companies are requesting such as the expiration date.
