Sixt post rental feedback form - Do they respond?

Sixt post rental feedback form - Do they respond?

Hi all,

Go the "we value your opinion" post rental (at LHR) email, and was wondering whether they would respond to the feedback I leave on that form, or whether they was a better communication channel I could pass my not so positive feedback through to them?
