Munich - strategy to get
 

Hi,

I am considering renting from Sixt Munich in JUly and would prefer a BMW 435, 535, or 335.

Since renting from the airport or train stations is significantly more expensive than other locations, I am thinking of renting from a downtown location. Those locations have LWAR, PWAR and PWMR classes.

I understand that only a few of the 4 series are 430 or 435. Most are 420. Would my best strategy be to reserve a LWAR and then ask for a "downgrade" to a 430 or 435?

If so, which location would have the best selection so that I maximize my chance of getting a 435?

They probably won't have any.

Last year I begged and begged at MUC and they eventually found me a 430d. They also had M550d's available to rent.
