Singapore Visit Pass
Do I need a Singapore Visit Pass every time I re enter within the 90 approval period.
I came in from the UK on 8th April, left on 9th to Malaysia and an re entering tomorrow.

Yes you need to fill it in for each visit and ideally at least a few hours before your arrival so that the system is updated by the time you scan your passport.
Leaving it here for other people - filling out the form last minute does not mean the system will have you in there right away. It takes about 10mins for the system to have you in there. Sometimes waiting the 10mins is faster than going through the manual line.
