SG travel insurance claim through Chubb
I purchased a policy when it was mandatory and had a claim. After filing the details, Chubb asked for my banking information through an insecure email, which I provided.
Then they came back and asked for my SSN. There's no way I'm emailing that anywhere, let alone a foreign entity. They already have my passport info.
Has anyone else had this issue when making a claim? They're not even telling me if I'm covered and they're paying out.
I wouldn't even know who to complain to.
