Forced to create multiple Grab accounts?
I’m not really sure where to ask this. So before I got to Southeast Asia,I downloaded Grab and set it up in one of my phones. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring that phone with me. When I got to KL, I downloaded the app on another phone. When trying to login, I got an error message. Eventually I concluded that I needed to create a new account. So does Grab save credentials in the cloud or its on a per device basis? Is it possible to consolidate the two accounts into one?

You'd better to contact grab via app and ask them consolidate accounts in one. Here in Singapore there are number of cases shutdown and banning a person if it is discovered that he/she has multiple accounts. Such cases mostly involved Grab's payment system but better to be careful.

I use multiple phones, multiple numbers (local SIMs sometimes) but use Google authentication + PIN to sign in. That way you're using a single identity.

Does that save all of your settings and card info into the cloud?
You have to set a PIN to re-identify yourself when using a different phone after using Google account authentication |
