I'll in SIN for 5 nights in February. 3 nights at the Hilton (great current rate going on) plus 2 nights at the JW Marriott (points).
Is Uber easily accessible? Is English spoken fluently? |

I don't know about Uber but the majority of folks I dealt with spoke English or enough English to get me around.

Here right now, Uber is abundant and easy.

There are also clean and efficient taxis everywhere that can be booked via app (either Comfort or Grab app), if you would prefer licenced, professional drivers.
