T1 transit hotel is open!
 

I went by there yesterday and there were staff on duty. It's called the Aerotel (distinct from the Ambassador in T2/T3). They had a soft opening last Wednesday. I took pics of them, the reception area, and the swimming pool.

Does this replace the old Ambassador Transit Hotel (and lounge?) in T1?

Mind sharing the pics? What's your impression of the hotel?
I need a transit hotel for my layover and was debating either this or the T3 ambassador.

Just a heads up: There is construction going on right now which i quite loud. It's from one until five in the morning. I'm wearing earplugs but can still hear it. When checking in, the front desk warned about this and offered a full refund, but the other Transit Hotels are booked for the night and I'm on a tight schedule tomorrow, so I'll make the best of it.

Other than that, it's a pretty nice property.
