Fare Code

Where on an SQ e-ticket can you see the fare code?

Thanks in advance for replies.

If you view the eticket from singaporeair.com, you can't see the fare code, just the booking classes for each flight. Call SQ reservations to check the fare code.

Thanks - that explains it - thought I was just being stupid.

Just wondered because when I log on, it gives me the option to change/cancel booking (not that I want to) - does this mean therefore that it is a fully flexible fare?

Nope. You can cancel a nonrefundable ticket and get the tax back.

I thought you could see the fare code! it's indicated as a letter after your flight number on the e-ticket you retrieve from their website!... e.g. SQ123 X... That X is the fare code, no?

I consider that the booking class. The fare code could be "BNET3M", which you see in the booking process, but the booking class could be "B", which would show in your eticket.

If you book the ticket directly on singaporeair.com the fare rules (including fare basis) are available just before you confirm booking, and as a link below the one that displays your eticket

Ah ok...thats new to me. All my SQ flights in the last year have been BD redemptions or mistake fares ticketed outside of singaporeair.com, so I haven't seen that link for the fare rules below the eticket.
