SQ Award Redemption Problems
 

I've been trying to book an award ticket via the SQ website for the past few days and inevitably, after imputting all the information and payment data, get the message:

" We regret to inform you that our system is currently unable to complete this booking."

Does anyone know what's happening?

Are you trying to book a flight on the new 77W with the extra luxurious C & F class seats? There are no award seats on those planes, not yet at least...

Wrong.... there are some award tickets available on the new aircraft. The only problem is if it is a business class award ticket, there is only UNRESTRICTED Biz class ticket, which is double the Saver one ....... You might be on the waiting list .....I know your problem.... I wrote a letter to SQ in order to complain...... You should do so also :mad:

I kept getting that error message while trying to book online(non-reward) ticket. I cleared the cookies, rebooted the machine and that took care of the problem.
Give that a try!
