Raffles seat pitch differ on upperdeck?

I was just looking at the megatop seatmap from SQ themselves, and noted visually that on the upper deck, rows 12 and 14 seem to have slightly better pitch than rows 18 and 19.

Is that true in real life? I am about to fly my first Raffles flight and on my flights, rows 17 and 11 are taken, so will have to settle for the others.

I don't think the map is drawn to scale; apart from row 17, you will find similar legroom (and pitch) in all seats in the upper deck.

I've been in most (if not all) the upper deck raffles seats and haven't noticed any difference in pitch other than rows 11 & 17 of course.
