No access to LAX Silver Kris Lounge for Raffles Class passengers?

According to the link below, Raffles Class customers are not allowed to access the Silver Kris Lounge in LAX. Is this accurate?

The LAX SKL is open to passengers flying in First Class and those with PPS status only. Raffles Class passengers are directed to the Asiana Lounge. But trust me, these two lounges look and feel exactly the same, so you aren't missing anything by not having access to the SKL -- the only snag that you may have more company in the Asiana Lounge.

When I flew Raffles they sent me to the QF/BA lounge, but that is a noon departure. The website is correct, but TBIT as a whole is just terrible.

I wonder how long the Star Alliance lounge will take to be completed. I'm flying in late December.

Yet they're ready and willing to close the current ones.

I assume they are converting the space used by the old ones though?

TBIT just needs to really make 4 lounges....

One for OW
One for *A
One for Skyteam
and finally one for the rest.... That would make a lot more room for lounges than having so many different lounges in TBIT.

That place is really cool. I like the neon colours of the bar area. Couldn't resist taking a few pictures of that place. Accessing the wi-fi Internet service was a pain though.

Do PPS member have access to the LAX SKL even when flying on another airline? Or only solitaires have that privilege. I remember seeing a thread with a link about the SKL in Changi saying all PPS do have access to the J side, but I do not know about LAX.

You would need to be leaving from TBIT. My guess is no due to space constraints.

It doesn't matter. I believe the LAX Silver Kris Lounge is closing tomorrow anyway. There won't be SKL in LAX anymore. Only a *A lounge.
