By KKB I presume you mean BKI as in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah ?. If so, yes they did as I flew it a few years ago on an A310.

Yes, they did but it was a long time ago. They took it over from MI IIRC.

You can add the European, USA and South African destinations to the list as places I have flown to on other airlines.
