Special economy fares are shown on the same page but the T&Cs make no explicit mention of needing to purchase any particular fare type (although there is a catch-all clause other terms and conditions apply).
Does it work for any fare?
The NZ promo is more explicit in that must be early bird economy fare to europe.

Just a small update on the ex-CGK promotion.
I called SQ CTO two days ago:
- no limit on the number of bonus miles you can earn (i.e., can do many turnarounds in February if you want to)
- fares stated and above are eligible for the bonus miles.
