Flying SIN-HKG on Suites.
Any advice between Classic vs. Boston lobster? I thought one of them was a whole lobster, but it looks like things have changed.
Classic Lobster Thermidor
Western Australian Lobster coated with a creamy wine and herb reduction served in a half shell. Served with saffron rice pilaf, butter asparagus spears and trussed cherry tomatoes
Boston Lobster Thermidor
Lobster tail sauteed in butter, served with buttered asparagus, slow-roasted vine-ripened tomato, and saffron rice

To complete my own thread, I never thought of the time based component. BTC is now available on our suites flight SYD-SIN in December.

Stay away from the salmon out of HKG. It was really bland, and the side of potatoes was nothing special or tasty. It was so late by the time I finished I just wanted to go to sleep, but I definitely would have preferred the rack of lamb.

Had the 8 oz ribeye ex-SIN last week, it was terrible - tough and sinewy.
The mashed potatoes accompanying it were great, though.

How is the japanese meal option for breakfast? Not sure Ive seen that offered before but is showing up as the only option besides wheat toast for breakfast in F on the SFO to HK flight.

Flying SFO to KTM via Singapore in October. The menu selection just changed in the last few weeks to show book the cook, but the only option showing is multigrain bread! Is this a glitch or will the rest of the meals be added over time?

Flying SYD-SIN on Thursday, and have currently reserved the veal mignon (my partner has reserved the lobster thermidor). Anyone had the veal mignon that can comment on whether it is a good choice?
Still debating our SIN-CDG options - so many choices!

Fortunate enough to be flying JFK - FRA - SIN (stopover) - SYD on our honeymoon later this year. BTC just loaded -- trying to decide the best place for lobster along the way.
SIN - SYD is the late night flight so BTC is key if I want a good meal too since it's the supper service -- thinking the waygu seems like a good option ex-SIN
