I have recently tried to enter my SQ PRN ands it keeps coming up with an error message - oh i have been typing my surname in as well as the PRN .

any advice anyone?????

If you booked thro a TA, use the booking ref that the TA uses and not the carrier booking ref. This worked for me.

AFAIK, if you booked direct thro SQ, then I do not think you can use checkmytrip.

Checkmytrip and virtuallythere can only be used with the PNR Locator provided by the Travel Agent.

The airline's PNR locator can only be pulled up thru airline's website or reservation system.

checkmytrip.com uses an Amadeus PNR. If you book a flight via a travel agent (or even online agencies like Opodo and Expedia), there are 2 PNR - an Amadeus PNR as well as an airline PNR. Use the Amadeus PNR on internet engines like checkmytrip.com and others. Airlines PNR can only be used with the airlines although to use them with the airline website you may have had to book the ticket via the website like on SQ.

If you need anything, best advice is just to phone the airlines directly if you only have an airline PNR.

Yes it should either be the PRN for the Sabre locator code! Usually a six digit code.
