Yes SQ 2 traditionally has a more "international" spread in terms of food and wine in F and J. It may involve a few more courses but the difference is not that major. But I am not sure about if "caviar" is offered on regional flight in first class.

I love that goose liver parfait.... Not really a caviar, so I wonder if they'll let me skip the caviar, and have double portions of the goose liver.....

Just what I was hoping for. Pity the caviar app isn't part of kyo-kaiseki. Maybe if I'm really friendly. Intending to take kyo-kaiseki for lunch, then a BTC offer for the light meal, unless someone talks me out of this.

I am schedulde to fly from LAX to Singapore with the stop in Tokyo in F class and I have already "BTC", but some of these menu choices souund great. Will I be able to still pick off the menu if I like something else better?
