Regardless of when you are travelling, you will now enjoy a 15% discount on the usual miles required when you redeem an award ticket online. This new feature begins 1 November 2004. Came at just the right time as I was 900+ points short of an award. ^ ^ Does anyone know whether you can change a booked award online or do you have to go through the calling centre?...which means you forfeit the 15% discount under the rules of the promotion :( SORRY....didn't see the same thread here: which was posted earlier.
