Upgrade to Raffles with LH miles?
 
Think I planed this not very well. Singapore told me I should contact LH and LH told me no chance, the wont do this. :mad:

Is there any chance doing this, or any chance to get a complimentary Upgrade as a Star Allicance Gold?

You will find non-US airlines are not as free with upgrades.
