How long for miles to post?

I flew the outbound leg of my recent trip on July 12 (SQ flights), with return a week later. There hasn't yet been any mileage posting to my Krisflyer account. What is normal for SQ? My other plans post in a matter of days.

Unrelated question:
I recently flew a Virgin Atlantic codeshare from NY to Jakarta. The Atlantic leg was on VA metal, while the London to Singapore to JKT legs were operated on SQ metal.
I applied for and got Continental mileage for the NY to London leg, since VA is a partner of Continental, but the remainder does not qualify.
Is there a way to get credit to Krisflyer for the segments operated by SQ, but really 'owned' by Virgin?
My head hurts.

One to Two days - Normal

Well, SQ takes one to two days for crediting miles. Normally my miles for my inward journey post before I take the return flight. Do confirm your Boarding Pass had your SQ Krisflyer number printed on it - missing FF numbers is usually a clue that the system did not capture this.

If you did present your Virgin card and the flights were all code shares (had a SQ and Virgin number) you should get CO miles for all sectors. If they were SQ operated flights only - you can try for a retroactive mileage claim to Krisflyer - though this might take a while... would help if you have boarding passes on hand.
