Contacts in SQ CAI
 
Anyone have a good contact in SQ in CAI.

I have a RTW ticket issued by SQ CAI. On the Global Alliance forum there is advice that provided travel has not commenced even though the ticket has been issued, since 15 April it is possible to reissue the ticket without the old 100 US$ penalty due to a change of rules. This office appears to know nothing of the change and is somewhat unhelpful. Does any one have a name of someone helpful in that office.
