Mobile app not working?
 

I've been unable to login to my mobile (iPhone) app for over a day - keep getting an "invalid credentials" error.
I've no problem with the website, so it's not like I forgot my password or something.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I’ve had the same problem. Tried clearing the app cache and reinstalling the app and had no luck

I have had the same issue in my iPhone intermittently- and typically when logging out & into a different account. Killing the app and restarting, has worked for me.

Works OK for me.

Finally started working again

It was fixed yesterday

i am on android and started getting this issue jan 1st upon my membership renewal. tried uninstall reinstall, cleared cache and all still got issue
