Dubai airside transit without visa

Hello. I was hoping to confirm info received from UAL.
TURKISH pasaport holders on an award itinerary including CAI - DXB on EgyptAir connecting to SQ with a 2 hour airside layover. No checked luggage.
can it be confirmed that we will NOT need any visas
