No SQ agents available by phone; how to book award on TK+UA?
I`ve been calling for days at different times, but no SQ are available to make a reservation. I found UA+TK routes on other Star Alliance website, but it looks like booking TK is not possible online on SQ. What are my options for booking using SQ miles?

For starters, don't assume that KF will see same availability for your desired flights than other *A programs. This is likely the main issue.
Now, I have been offered TK flights before when searching for *A itineraries using KF miles (via SQ app), but availability has been patchy. E.g. a quick check for something like IST- Europe pulls up a bunch of TK flights so it is not that TK is unavailable/ blocked overall, just your desired flights do not seem to be available via KF.
