Is the flight from FRA to JFK still operating or likely to be operating in July? Can one book it for cash? And how does one do so for points if a United mileage person?

No, it only operates SIN-FRA leg. BTW, it only takes going to singaporeair.com and looking for the (tiny) July flight schedule to check that :P
