I had a similar experience and after 2 weeks called them. The call was answered promptly and my reservation cancelled with the promise of a refund within 4 weeks. To be honest i don't think the webform had got to the front of a long queue to be looked at.
Now at 3 weeks the refund has not arrived but I do have a case numb er to quote if I need to call again in early May.
