upgrading with KF miles SIN-HKT?
I have SIN-HKT flights upcoming on MI. I looked at the possibility of upgrading with miles, but got the following message from the KrisFlyer mileage calculator when I queried the upgrade:
Does this mean that mileage upgrades on Silkair flights to/from HKT are not possible?

It is possible but guess the IT department did not program properly. Previously SQ n MI use different website n when they merged the website, most likely they forget to adjust this part.
The award chart show it can be upgraded. But dun think it is worth it.
Economy Standard to Business 18000 miles
economy flexi to business 15000 miles
outright redemption is 21.5k.
During spontaneous escape promotion , it cost 15050 miles.
