First-Class Changi Transit and Visiting the Jewel

We are traveling First-Class on several legs via Singapore Airlines.

We will be traveling first from Penang to Singapore via MI 345 and spending almost 12 hours at Singapore before continuing to NRT via First-Class Suites.

We're going to spend most of that time at The Jewel because we've visited the city many times.

1) Does SIA offer any kind of first-class arrival or transit privileges, such as fast-track through immigration when exiting the airport to the Jewel.
2) What are the directions from the Jewel to SIA First-Class reception either in Terminal 3 or 2? Even though we're already checked in, we want to experience the First-Class reception, which should at least save us time when going through security and immigration upon returning to Changi.

Thanks.

1) afaik no, but immigration lines are usually short enough, not to worry about it

2) sq terminal 3, first class check in and priority immigration line is all the way to the left side, opposite side of jewel/skytrain. As long as you have your boarding pass& lounge invitation, you can skip the checkin, just go to the priority immigration line, which let's you out very close to the T3 lounge

Note that T3 The Private Room is scheduled to be closed for renovations sometime 2020

Map, click on T3, level 2. Sia first class checking is all the way on the left side. Priority immigration isn't shown, but it's just north of the first class checkin

Thank you very much. Your reply was very helpful, especially the map and the directions to the First Class Check-In.

SIA tells me that the Private Room will still be around on February 3rd when we will be in Singapore.

So, First-Class Reception is only in T3 and not T2?

Cos Mainly SQ flight with first class will depart from T3. T2 only for SQ regional flight to South east Asia n South Asia. (Only JKT/MNL have F class)

T3 has drive up first class reception, with luggage service, dedicated direct entry to sit down check in and dedicated immigration.
T2 has kerbside luggage service, sit down check in area at rear of check in hall, and dedicated entry to immigration (where they check your BP), but need to go through regular immigration like everyone.

1) No.
2) Frankly speaking I wouldn't bother. The FC check in is designed for arrival by car, it would be far more trouble than it's worth. I'd simply just walk across from Jewel to the T1 departure gate and go in there, then take the airside trains to get to whichever terminal I'd be flying out from. Immigration is super quick in Changi (now that even tourists can scan fingerprints at the autogates), and security is at individual gates.

8-10 hours in the Jewel sounds a bit boring.

Why don't you take a taxi to Changi Village, have a walk around the parklands and beach, maybe a ferry across to Pulau Ubin, eat a few lunch courses at the Changi Village hawker centre and the eating houses on the opposite street, maybe a Tiger beer or two, then taxi back to the terminal (for a shower and change of clothes). Or, Joo Chiat Rd and Geylang Serai - some interesting Peranakan architecture in this area, and great food.

Much more interesting than looking at a waterfall and lots of shops.
